📣 Important Information – Squad Trials & Expectations (SJNL 2025/26)

​

All players are invited to trial for a place in one of our squads competing in the Surrey Junior Netball League (SJNL) from September 2025.

​

🔹 Trial Process

• All players are invited to trial for a place in a squad and parents will be notified if they are successful.

• If selected, match invitations will be sent via Spond to parents/guardians.

• Prompt responses to match invites are essential so we can arrange replacements if needed.

 

🔹 Match Expectations

• Players will receive a minimum of 2 quarters per match.

• Squad players must be able to play in at least 2 positions on court.

• Full match kit, short nails, and no earrings/jewellery are required at each game.

🔹 Training Commitment

• Players are expected to attend weekly training, unless absence is due to circumstances beyond their control.

• Coaches may remove players from the squad if they attend less than 1 in 3 training sessions or are consistently unavailable for matches.

• Coaches reserve the right to make squad changes during the season as needed.

🔹 Communication

• For players in Years 5–7, parents/guardians should handle all match-related communication.​

• For players in Years 8–11, we expect players to communicate directly with coaches.
